1. Free UK Mainland Delivery

Free standard delivery applies to all UK Mainland orders.. Please note that UK Mainland delivery excludes certain postcodes, including AB, KW, IV, PA, PH, PO, and TR, except for the following areas: AB 1-16, AB 21-25, AB 30, AB 39, PA 1-19, PH 1-3, PO 1-24, TR 1-20, and TR 26-27.

2. Placing Orders

When you're ready to purchase the items in your basket, click on the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page to be taken to your basket. Here, you can use the delivery calculator to see your shipping cost. After selecting your preferred delivery method, update your total by clicking the button below. Make sure you're happy with the products in your basket, as once an order is submitted, you won't be able to add items or make changes.

If you have a gift card or discount code, don’t forget to enter it here. When you’re satisfied with the total, proceed to checkout.

Checkout Steps:

  • Sign In / Register: Sign into your account, register for quicker future orders, or check out as a guest.
  • Billing & Shipping Information: Complete all required fields, marked with a red asterisk (*). Please provide a mobile phone number for any delivery updates. If shipping to an alternate address, choose "Ship to a different address" and fill in the appropriate details.
  • Shipping Method: Review your delivery options. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
  • Payment Information: Select your preferred payment method—card or PayPal. If using PayPal, you'll be redirected to their site to complete your payment.
  • Order Review: Double-check all details before clicking 'Place order.' Once submitted, your order cannot be amended. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after.

3. Amending Orders

Once an order is confirmed, it’s sent to our warehouse for processing, and we cannot make changes. If you decide an item is unsuitable, please refer to the Returns section below for instructions on how to return your item(s).

4. Cancelling Orders

Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately, so we are unable to cancel orders after submission. If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to return the entire order once it has been delivered.

In accordance with Consumer Contract Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to return the entire order for a full refund, including the original shipping cost. Please note that express delivery charges are non-refundable.

You must notify us via email if you wish to cancel your order. If you do not contact us, any goods returned will be treated as a return, not a cancellation.

5. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you're not, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items.

Please note that we do not offer free returns as part of our commitment to sustainability. The environmental impact of free returns is significant, contributing to CO2 emissions and excess packaging.

All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. If you have opened the packaging, please ensure you return all other labels and materials. Used items cannot be refunded and will be donated or disposed of.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for returns that do not reach us. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days after we receive your return.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer an exchange service. To get a different size or color, simply return the unwanted item and place a new order.
